I have known Shlomit for almost 16 years. We worked together in Intel Kiryat-Gat (Israel) as Organizational Developers. Shlomit is a very creative consultant who has a "thinking out of the box" ideas. She is very professional in OD and Coaching arenas and can lead a wide OD programs in Organizations. She facilitated lots of courses such as; Human Dynamics, Employee Development, Management Development. She is a great facilitator and a very professional consultant!!

Shlomit is an excellent thinker and visionary with long term orientation as well as short term execution capability, combined with outstanding people skills.
At Intel she made a significant positive impact on programs such as Cost Reduction which I lead, Innovation proliferation and in obtaining Intel Quality award for Fab-28 in Israel. She applied her talents in integrating organization development needs with short and long term business results. It was a rewarding experience to work with Shlomit and learn from her.
